Combined drive with tractor possible

This biogas agitator was developed for use in fermenters, secondary fermenters and combination storage tanks.

Due to v-belt drive the noise development could be reduced. The multi-part driveshaft allows that most of the maintenance work can be carried out from the outside.

• Connection plates resp. sealing systems are available for all types of tanks.
• Combined drive with a tractor is possible in difficult cases due to installation in the bottom section.

• Motor rating: 15 kW, 18,5 kW and 22 kW
• Motor speed: 1.000 RPM
• Propeller speed: 312 - 335 RPM
• Three-blade propeller: ø 560 and 600 mm
• Sealing / bearing: face seal, tapered roller bearings, ball bearings
• Material: optional zinc-coated, V2A or V4A (stainless steel)
