Submersible and angularly adjustable agitator for lateral installation

Application fields

The built-in agitator Fermix is submersible to a depth of up to 25 meters, as a special construction up to 100 meters. Thus it can be installed in any container. Attachment parts for concrete and steel tanks are available. The agitator can be adjusted at an angle of 20°, to the right and the left and as well up and down.
This agitator is as well very suitable in combination with large wing mixers. Installation and dismantling can be carried out from the outside without having a person climb into the tank. Fermix is available with a geared motor from 7.5 kW up to 22 kW or with a hydraulic motor. The rotary frequency of the wings is about 300 to 400 RPM, depending on the model.
The wetted parts are zinc-coated or made of stainless steel (V2A or V4A).

Your benefit

Fermix is an agitator for flexible and versatile use. By adjusting the angle it can be adapted to changing requirements. As this agitator allows to be stacked it can be installed near the bottom of the tank in order to avoid sinking layers.
