In the version with quick-acting slide valve, rotary pumps are easy to service.

Various pistons suitable for different applications are available. It is, for example, possible to achieve a pulsation-free running due to obliquely placed pistons.

Rotary pumps are used in those cases where liquid manure or biogas substrate with a high content of dry matter has to be conveyed or where high pressure is needed because of long pipelines.

Due to the high suction power, rotary pumps are particularly suitable for central pumping stations.

Eccentric screw pump

Eccentric screw pumps captivate by their plain design. The pressure arises at a point inside the pump where no bearings or seals are located.

Rotors and stators are made of various solid and reliable materials. Therefore it is easy to choose the suitable combination of material for most of the liquids.

Eccentric screw pumps are used in those cases where liquid manure or biogas substrate with a high content of dry matter has to be conveyed or where high pressure is needed because of long pipelines.

Due to the high suction power, eccentric screw pumps are particularly suitable for central pumping stations.

A wide range of various sizes allows discharge quantities between 10 and 90 cubic meters per hour and peak pressures up to 8 bar. The careful selection of the components guarantees maximum quality, maintainability and a good price-performance ratio.

The pumps are available with or without stirring nozzle. At a pit depth of 3.50 meters , an additional stirring nozzle is advisable. Universal applications; option for a second oil chamber at a pump length of 5 meters.

Pumps are as well available in stainless steel (V2A, material no. 1.4301 AISI) at additional charge.

Application fields

Receiving cesspit or receiving tank, mixing tank. The thick slurry pump DGP is available also as a center box-type pump. Depending on the medium, the pump can be equipped with top entry or bottom entry, with face seal and oil filling or with greasable plain bearings.

Comminuting pump ETO/ETV

For use outside the manure pit

Application fields

The comminuting pumps for horizontal installation (type ETO) and for vertical installation (type ETV) are intended to chop up solid material sufficiently so that blocking can be prevented for the following operation sequences. The comminuting pumps ETO and ETV are equipped with a cutting device. They are also going under the name ‘chopper pump’. Both types are rotary pumps, featuring a multi-channel impeller which allows to achieve pressures of up to 5 bar. The pumps are set up outside the tank or container and are connected with an inlet pipe. The external installation allows easy access for maintenance.
